Soho House Portland, opening in December 2023
The first Soho House in the Pacific Northwest will open later this year
We’re excited to open our doors in the ‘City of Roses’, with its foodie culture, and thriving arts, film and creative community.
Located in Central Eastside, one of Portland’s rapidly transforming and increasingly popular neighborhoods, Soho House Portland is located in the Troy Laundry Building – a historical property that will be thoughtfully restored by the Soho House Design team.
The House will include:
• A rooftop pool
• A 4,400 sq ft gym
• Restaurant and lounge
• Music room for events and performances
The House will draw inspiration from some of the building’s original industrial interior features, such as exposed brick and concrete columns. The Victorian architecture and style, so prominent in Portland, will blend contemporary design elements while honoring the House’s history with a focus on sustainable building practices.
With more than 90 works in its art collection, Soho House Portland will shine a global spotlight on the local creative scene. It will nod to Portland’s moniker as the ‘Rose City’ and tap local artists for site-specific artwork in response to that.
Membership at Soho House Portland will cost $4,500 a year to access all Soho House locations globally, and $1,950 a year for access to Soho House Portland only. Founder members and Under 27 members will pay a reduced rate.
